摘  要:极控系统是高压直流输电系统中极其重要的组成部分,主要实现极和换流器的相关控制功能,是分级、分层的闭环控制系统,极控系统的稳定可靠运行对高压直流输电系统的安全运行具有非常重要的意义。介绍了高压直流输电中极控系统冗余配置构成,重点分析了导致极控系统切换的因素及判断极控系统切换成功的条件,以高肇直流为例介绍了极控系统切换不成功导致高压直流系统闭锁的实例,针对极控系统现状提出了相关改进建议来提高极控系统运行稳定性。The pole control is the most important component in HVDC (high voltage direct current ) power transmission project, which mainly accomplish the control function of pole and valve. The pole control is closed cycle control system which takes on important role to guarantee the HVDC system operating stably. This paper introduces the redundant configure of pole control in HVDC power transmission project. The conditions which result in pole control system switching have been analyzed. The conditions which estimate the switching to be successful have been analyzed also. The unsuccessful switching cases in Gao-Zhao HVDC power transmission project which caused HVDC system block have been illuminated. The advice has been brought forward to improve pole control redundancy and stability.
