摘　　要：用ＭｃＡｂ，抗ＣＤ３，ＣＤ３＋ＣＤ２８和ＣＤ２８＋ＣＤ８０激活健康人ＰＢＬｓ，作用于肝癌细胞（ＢＥＬ－７４０２），透射电镜观察其超微结构，发现除抗ＣＤ３可引起部分淋巴细胞诱导性凋亡外，其他组都可介导肝癌细胞凋亡。结果提示ＭｃＡｂ共刺激能促进肿瘤免疫治疗的研究。Adoption McAb antiCD3,CD3 and CD28,CD28 and CD80 activate lymophocytes of health human peripheral blood,then acted on hepatoma cell that transmission electron microscope observe it hypermicroscopic ultrostructure found that exception antiCD3 lead to lymophocytes apoptosis of part inductive,other group hepatoma cell were mediated apoptosis.The results suggested that McAb costimulate would be promote research of tumour immunotherapy.
