bcl-2蛋白在Barrett食管和Barrett腺癌中的表达及其临床意义探讨

摘　　要：应用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法观察ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在２８例Ｂａｒｒｅｔｔ食管（ＢＥ）和６例Ｂａｒｒｅｔｔ腺癌（ＢＡ）中的表达情况。结果显示：恶性组ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达明显高于癌前病变组和良性组，其表达依次呈递减趋势，各组间比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达可有助于判断Ｂａｒｒｅｔ食管的良、恶性，亦可用来监测Ｂａｒ－ｒｅｔｔ食管的发展，以发现早期癌变。The expression of　bcl2　protein was studied　immunohistochemically in 28 Barretts esophagus(BE),　and 6 Barretts adenocarcinoma(BA). The 　results showed that the expression of bcl2 protein in malignant 　Barretts 　esophagus 　was higher than that in benign Barretts esophagus with dysplasia,which was in turn higher than that in　benign Barretts esophagus without dysplasia (P<0.05).The 　results suggest that bcl2 protein should be useful as an adjunct in screening patients with Barretts esophagus for early malignant change, especially in highgrade dysplasia. 
