直肠癌Miles'术中下腔静脉撕裂伤的防治(附11例报告)

摘　　要：１９８３～１９９５年间，对２３０例直肠癌Ｍｉｌｅｓ术患者进行分析，其中因下腔静脉撕裂而行修补术１１例（４．８％），修补后均恢复正常。其撕裂是因来源于乙状结肠系膜疏松组织内有１至３支小静脉注入下腔静脉，术中过份分离或牵拉，使这些小静脉在注入下腔静脉入口处撕裂。因此，手术中应仔细解剖，避免过份牵拉，撕裂发生应立即给予修补。From 1983 to 1995 a total of 230 patients with rectal cancer were resected by Miles operation.Laceration of inferior vena cava occurred in 11 cases. All the trauma　healed uneventfully after　repair.It　was　found that　the laceration of one to three venous tribularies at their junctions with the inferior vena cava at the root of the mesosigmoid usually occurred during dissection of the　involved structures. Therefore,dissection must be performed meticulously and over stretching should be avoided. 
