摘　　要：目的对10例鼻腔及鼻副窦内生性乳头状瘤进行分析。方法从临床表现、病理形态及鉴别诊断,结合文献加以分析讨论。结果肿瘤均表现为黏膜下呈乳头状倒生,表面粗糙不平,颗粒状或乳头状,有的表面光滑息肉状。病理形态:由呼吸性上皮增生变厚并向间质生长,形成分枝状,指状隐窝或实性无角化细胞巢团状。结论本病的发病与HPV感染有直接关系。Objective To report 10 cases of inverted papilloma in nasal and accessory nasal cavity, and to analyze the pathologic morphology combined with clinical manifestations. Methods The clinical manifestations, pathologic morphology and differential diagnosis of 10 cases of inverted papilloma were analyzed and discussed. Results All cases were submueous papilloma with the character of inverted growth, rough mucosa, grainy or polypoid lesions with smooth surface. The pathologic morphology included epithelial hyperplasia with growth into interstitial tissues and kladodromous shap, and some finger - like crypt cells or akeratosis cells composed of cell nests or cell clusters. Conclusion The inverted papilloma in nasal and accessory nasal cavity correlates with the infection of HPV directly. The prognosis （whether recured）, depends on the tumor site and complete tumor excisions or not. As the age of onset, this disease was mostly found in middle -age people.
