柔肝汤加益肝灵胶囊治疗代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化40例总结

摘　　要：目的：观察柔肝汤和益肝灵胶囊对代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的治疗作用。方法：采用柔肝汤加益肝灵胶囊治疗代偿期慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化40例，并与单用益肝灵胶囊治疗的38例进行对照，分别于3个月、6个月时观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、肝功能和血清肝纤维化指标的变化。结果：治疗组症状、体征、肝功能指标、血细胞计数、血清肝纤维化指标均明显改善，且部分恢复正常，治疗前后对比有显著性差异，而对照组上述各指标虽有部分改善，但明显低于治疗组，两组对比有明显差异。结论：柔肝汤加益肝灵胶囊有抗肝纤维化肝硬化作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B in compensatory stage treated by Rougan decoction and yiganling capsules. Method： Rougan decoction and Yiganling capsules were used for treating 40 cases of hepatocirrhosis of hepatitis B in compensatory stage and controlled with 38 cases treated by Yiganling capsules. Changes of symptoms, signs, indexes of liver function and serum fibrosis of liver were observed before and after treatment separately in third month or sixth month. Results： symptoms, signs, blood count, indexes of liver function and serum fibrosis of liver were improved significantly in the treatment group after treatment, and some indexes return to normal. The improvement of indexes in the treatment group had significant difference as compared with that in the control group. Conclusion ： Rougan decoction and Yiganling capsules had effect of antihepatic fibrosis.
