摘　　要：依据产品库存分布和如何采用中间商将分销网络划分为六种一般模式。结合国内外分销网络的现状与供应链管理的发展,以分销网络中主体的设置和固定设施与运输成本二律背反原理为基础,总结分销网络的六种一般模式的特征及优缺点。通过六种模式的详细分析,应用简单的等级评定方法综合比较了六种模式,最后总结了实际应用与发展的趋势。The paper divides the distribution network into six general modes, analyzes the features, advantages and disadvantages of the six modes, compares the six modes with simple gTade measurement method and finally discusses the practical application and developing trend.
