摘　　要：系统回顾了有关供应链伙伴关系影响因素的研究,分析了供应链伙伴关系的型态与维度以及影响因素,并且将供应链伙伴关系影响因素区分为技术性因素和社会性因素,而社会性因素又可以进一步区分为组织间依赖关系、组织间信任和组织关系承诺三类。The paper reviews the related researches on the influential factors of supply chain partnership, andlyzes its types, dimensions and influential factors, divides the influential factors of supply chain partnership into technical factors and social factors, and fur- thermore categorizes the social factors into three types： interorganizational interdependence, interorganizational trust and relationship commitment.
