摘 要:为了实现大型近水平露天煤矿压帮内排经济效益的最优化,运用露天采矿学的基本原理,根据近水平露天煤矿内排端帮单双环运输的特点,建立了以内排压帮高度为基本变量的最佳经济效益的数学模型,得出了压帮内排的效益公式是关于压帮高度的三次函数,根据其具有两个极值点的特性,推导出了最佳压帮高度计算公式,同时分析了影响最佳内排压帮高度的因素。结果表明:在近水平露天煤矿实现压帮内排,开采深度、坑底宽度和端帮边坡角对最佳压帮高度影响较大,同时,随着露天矿覆盖物厚度和煤层厚度的变化,需要考虑矿山的实际情况调整最佳压帮高度。In order to have the economic benefit optimization of the inner dumping covering height in the large near horizontal surface mine, with the basic principle of the surface mining, according to the single and double circuit transportation features of the inner dumping terminal of the surface mine, a mathematical model with the optimized economic benefit was set up base on the inner dumping slope height as the basic variation. The benefit formula of the inner dumping covering obtained was the tri function of the covering height. According to the two peat value features, a optimized calculation formula of the covering height was derived. Meanwhile the paper analyzed the factors influenced to the optimized inner dumping covering height. The results showed that the inner dumping covering height in the horizontal surface mine, the mining depth, the width of the pit bottom and the terminal slope angle would have a high influences to the optimized covering height. With the variations of the overburden thickness and seam thickness in the surface mine, it was necessary to adjust the optimized slope covering height according to the mine actual conditions.
