摘 要:利用由柴油、表面活性剂和水以27:3:70的比例复合而成的新型乳化浮选药剂ZFC-1,对淮北瘦煤和张家口1/3焦煤2种煤样进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,该浮选药剂性能优良,稳定性好,选择性高,改善了浮选性能,在基本保持精煤灰分不变的情况下,与柴油相比,使用ZFC -1作为捕收剂时,可提高精煤产率5%~22%,提高可燃体产率6%~23%,节约柴油或煤油用量70%。A new ZFC-1 emulsified floatation agent with a compound of diesel, surfactant and water with a percentage of 27: 3:70 was applied to the research on the fIoatation test with two coal samples of Huaibei lean coal and Zhangjiaku coking coal. The results showed that the floatation agent was excellent in performance, good in reliability and high in selection. And the performance of the floatation was improved. Base on the clean coal ash keeping no changing, in comparison with the diesel oil, when ZFC - 1 applied as the collector, the clean coal production rate could be increased by 5% -22% , the combustible material production rate could be increased by 6% -23% and the diesel oil or kerosene consumption could be saved about 70%.
