摘  要:目的探讨Survivin和CD147在胃癌中的表达与间质微血管(MVD)值的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术,用S-P免疫组化方法检测Survivin、CD147和CD34表达。结果Survivin、CD147表达和MVD与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P〈0.05)。Survivin、CD147阳性表达的MVD高于阴性(P〈0.01)。Survivin与CD147表达之间呈正相关(r=0.285),二者与MVD呈正相关(r=0.323、r=0.279)。Survivin(+)/CD147(+)者在深度浸润(T3-4)、临床分期TNMⅢ-Ⅳ、淋巴结转移的比率和MVD高于Survivin(-)/CD147(-)者(P〈0.05)。结论Survivin、CD147和CD34与血管形成和胃癌生长、浸润转移均有密切相关,联合检测Survivin、CD147和CD34表达可作为判断胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate expression of Survivin and CD147,and their correlation with microvessel density(MVD) in human gastric carinoma. Methods By using tissue microarray, at the same time using the S-P immunohistochemical methods, expression of Survivin, CD147 and CD34 in tissue microarray was studied. Results Survivin and CD147 expression and MVD was correlated with depth of invasion,lymph nodes metastasis and TNM categories( P 〈 0. 05 ). MVD in postive expression of Survivin,CD147 was higher than that in negative ( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of Survivin and CD147 was positively related ( r = 0. 285 ), both of they and MVD was positively related (r = 0. 323, r = 0. 279 ). Rate of the deeper tumor invasion (T3.4 ), TNM categories( TNM Ⅲ-Ⅳ ) , lymph node metastasis and MVD in were higher in Survivin ( + )/CD147 ( + )than Survivin (-)/CD147(-) (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Expressions of Survivin and CD147 are associated with angiogenesis and tumor growth, invasion and metastasis in gastric carcinoma. Therefore, combined detection of Survivin, CD147 and CD34 may be used as an important indicator for biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
