摘 要:直馏柴油碱洗时极易发生乳化现象。通过模拟乳化实验可知,发生严重乳化需具备的3个条件:一定的渣油比、混合强度及温度范围。在柴油碱洗过程中,形成的乳化物对柴油有巨大包容性,导致严重乳化的发生。应及时切除碱洗罐底部碱渣,保持合适渣油比,并及时清除碱洗罐油碱界面的乳化物。通过乳化抑制剂筛选实验,可知采用K-3剂在加入量为400μg/g、碱溶液浓度为2.5%~3.5%时效果良好且节约成本。Straight-run diesel oil is very prone to emulsification during alkali cleaning.Emulsification simulation shows that the happening of thorough emulsification requires three conditions-proper residual oil blending ratio,mixing intensity and temperature range.The emulsion generated in the process of alkali cleaning of diesel oil is very tolerant towards diesel oil and can result in serious emulsification.To prevent this emulsification,the alkali deposit at the bottom of the alkali treatment tank should be removed in a timely manner, the residual oil blending ratio should be appropriate and the emulsion at the oil-alkali contact in the alkali treatment tank should be removed timely.Experiments conducted for selecting emulsification inhibitors show that when the alkali solution concentration is 2.5%-3.5%,adding 400μ g/g of inhibitor K-3 can achieve good results and also save costs.
