摘  要:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定海产品中V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd,Sn,Hg,Tl,Pb等15种元素的含量,以Re元素为内标,利用其回收率对以上15种元素的测定结果进行校正。对各元素的线性关系良好(r=0.9991~1.0000),检出限为0.28~1105μg/L,利用该方法分析了标准参考物质TORT-2和DORM-2,测定值与参考值吻合较好。对虾样品平行测定5次,各元素的RSD均小于5%,该方法的精密度和准确性良好。并以该方法分析测定了8种海产品中15种元素的含量。该方法可以用来进行海产品的质量控制和安全评价。A method involving microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) analysis were established for the determination of fifteen elements (V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Cd, Sn, Hg, Tl, Pb) in shellfish. Rhenium was used as an internal standard element to calibrate the results of determination of these fifteen elements. Good linearity of the calibration curves was obtained for all target elements(r=0.9991-1.0000). Detection limits for these fifteen elements were in the range of 0.98μg/L to 1105 μg/L. The DORM-2 and TORT-2 standard reference materials were analyzed with above method, and the results of fifteen elements were in good agreement with the reference value. The oyster sample was measured parallel five times and the RSD was lower than 5.0%, which showed that the method was very precise. The technique was applied for the quality control and safety evaluation of shellfish.
