摘  要:运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对旋叶式空调压缩机核心运动件——转子建立了有限元模型,并对其进行了模态分析,得出了该类型转子的前10阶固有频率和振型。分析结果不但为转子系统的故障诊断、安全运行和振动控制提供了理论依据,还为其结构改进、优化设计和动力学修改提供了重要参数。By the use of finite element analytical software ANSYS the finite element model of the core motion part - rotor of rotary vane air-conditioner compressor was established and a modality analysis has been carried out. The former 10 ordered inherent frequencies and types of vibration of this kind of rotor have been obtained. The result of analysis could not only provide theoretical basis on fault diagnosis, safety operation and vibration control of rotor system but also provide important parameters for its structural improvement, optimization design and dynamics modification.
