短链有机酸的离子色谱法分析及海洋中短链有机酸在固体颗粒上的吸附交换等温线的确定

摘　　要：通过离子色谱的分离柱、淋洗液、流速及进样量的选择，找到一种对有机酸实用、快速的测定方法。并对海水状态下的有机酸进行了分析，得到一种新型有机酸固体颗粒交换吸附等温线。A new rapid method to detect organic acid was developed by ion chromatography. The influences of the composition of mobile phase, the effluent veiocity and the injection quantity on the resolution were investigated. The developed method was used to detect organic acid in seawater condition. A new type of adsorbed exchange isotherm in solid pellet was obtained。
