摘 要:为有效解决具有并发、协调、竞争等复杂事件的PLC控制系统编程问题,探讨一种基于Pe试网模型的可编程序控制器(PLC)程序设计方法。通过赋予Petri网的位置和变迁控制属性,实现Pe伍网对典型控制系统的有效描述。根据Petri网的基本规则,可方便地实现Petri网模型到PLC梯形图的转换。将Petri网应用在液压驱动机械手控制系统中,实例表明,其具有易于理解和修改的优点,并能对控制系统的性能进行分析,以确保所设计程序的正确性。In order to solve the programming of PLC control system with parallel, coordination and competition, a PLC program design method based on Petri Net is presented in this paper. By associating control attributes to the positions and tran- sitions of Petri Net, the effective description of typical control system by Petri Net is realized. According to the basic rules of Petri Net, the models of Petri Net can be easily converted into the PLC LAD program. An application example in a hy- draulic machine hands control system indicates that the proposed method has the advantages of ease to understand and modi- fy, and the control system can be analyzed to confirm the correctness of programs.
