摘　　要：科学发展观是对当今社会发展规律的科学阐释,也为我国体育文化的发展指引了方向。在科学发展观指导下,高校校园体育文化的以人为本,实现全面、协调、可技续发展是其构建的基本途径。The scientific development concept is a scientific interpretation to the current social development law. The guidance is the latest development of Chinese social philosophy, and it points out the fight direction for the development of the sports culture. It is a basic way to build college sports culture based on human and realizing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development under the instruction of scientific development concept.
