摘　　要：知识经济实际上是一种人才经济,人才是知识经济的核心。大学生作为社会高素质人才,强化信息素质教育是当今知识经济信息时代对人才培养提出的新要求。结合知识经济社会的要求,论述了知识经济时代大学生信息素质培养的必要性及其提高信息素质的主要途径。Knowledge economy is actually a talent economy, and college students are potential social lalent who are the core of knowledge-based economy, combined with the requirements of knowledge-based econemy, the paper is deovted to elaborate the necessity of information quality development and the major means to improve college students＇ information quality.
