中心母细胞性淋巴瘤与其来源淋巴细胞的核形态参数分析

摘　　要：目的:研究淋巴瘤细胞和淋巴滤泡细胞核的形态参数特征,为相关病理图像的计算机自动识别寻找参数依据;方法:利用图像分析系统测量中心母细胞性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤及淋巴滤泡的套细胞、中心细胞和中心母细胞核的20个形态参数,判别分析法分析各组细胞之间核的形态参数的差异;结果:中心母细胞与中心母细胞性淋巴瘤细胞之间只有3个形态参数入选判别函数,判别正确率仅为59.20%。而套细胞或中心细胞与中心母细胞性淋巴瘤之间入选参数分别为10个和8个,判别正确率分别为97%和76%。套细胞与中心细胞、套细胞与中心母细胞、中心细胞与中心母细胞之间入选判别函数的参数分别为8个、7个和7个,判别正确率分别为97.7%、98.6%及78.9%;结论:不同类型的淋巴滤泡细胞之间有较多形态参数存在差异,而中心母细胞性淋巴瘤细胞与其来源中心母细胞在形态上有更多的相似性。Objective： To find the characteristic morphological pararnetem of lymphoid follicular nucleus and lymphoma nucleus in order to provide data for the automatic recognition of pathological image by computer. Method： Twenty parameters of nucleus of mantle cells, follicular centrocytes, follicular centroblastic and centroblastic lymphoma cells were measured using image analysis system. The parameters reflecting the resemblance and variability of these cells were screened by discriminant analysis. Results： There were only three parameters selected into the discriminant function for the discrimination of follicular centroblastic cells and centrohlastic lymphoma e.ells, with the lowest hit ratio of 59.2% in discriminant functions. Meanwhile, there were ten parameters selected in mantle cells and centroblastie lymphoma cells group and eight in centroeytes and eentroblastic lymphoma cells group, the hit ratio of which was 97% and 76% respectively. The number of parameters selected into the discriminant functions of mantle cell - centrocyte group, mantle cell - centroblastic cell group and mantle cell-eentroblastic lymphoma cell group was eight, seven and seven respectively, with the corresponding hit ratio at 97.7%, 98.6% and 78.9%. Conclusion： There are significant differences in morphological characteristics of nucleus among various types of lymphoid follicular cells. But a high similarity in morphological parameters of nucleus measured between centroblastic and eentroblastic lymphoma cells can be observed.
