摘　　要：目的:探讨滤泡性淋巴瘤(follicular lymphoma,FL)中C4d抗原的沉积及其意义。方法:对133例淋巴瘤标本进行C4d抗体的免疫组化染色,同时对FL进行CD35/C4d、CD21/C4d和Bcl-2/C4d抗体免疫组化双染色,观察C4d抗原沉积分布区域及阳性率。结果:26例FL中有19例肿瘤组织的瘤性滤泡中出现不规则网线状C4d抗原沉积;CD35/C4d、CD21/C4d和Bcl-2/C4d双染色证实,C4d抗原沉积在瘤性滤泡的滤泡树突细胞(follicular dendritic cell,FDC)周围;C4d阳性率与FL分级无关。FL弥漫区域以及其他类型淋巴瘤的肿瘤细胞间无C4d抗原沉积。结论:C4d抗原沉积在FL瘤性滤泡的FDC周围,是FL与其他类型淋巴瘤鉴别的较特异标志之一。Objective： To evaluate the deposition of C4d in follicular lymphoma （FL）. Method： The deposition of C4d was detected in 133 cases of lymphoma with methods and FL was studied with the double stain of CD35/ C4d, CD21/C4d and Bcl - 2/C4d. Resnlts： Twenty - six follicular lymphoma tissues were studied, of which C4d deposition was seen in 19 tissues. Double staining for CD35, CD21 or Bcl- 2 showed the C4d deposition was around the follicular dendritic cells. There was no significant difference between the positive of C4d and the degree of lymphoma. There were no deposition in the suffused area of follicular lymphoma and other lymphomas. Conclusion： C4d around the follicular dendritic cell in the neoplastic follicles was a specific indicator to follicular lymphoma.
