印刷机故障虚拟印刷学习系统的研究与开发

摘　　要：为加强和提高对印刷机故障的判断与排除能力,提出了采用虚拟印刷系统进行学习和培训的方法;针对基于印刷机故障学习的虚拟印刷系统,设计了以故障信息检索、虚拟课堂和虚拟操作为核心的功能模块,并提出了实现方案;开发出了具有统一友好人机交互界面、印刷机故障学习模块和底层支撑数据库的虚拟印刷系统。In order to reinforce and raise an operator＇s ability of inspecting and solving printing press troubles, the learning and training method of using the virtual printing system is taken into account. The core function module of press trouble list researches, virtual learning classroom and virtual operating training, as well as the practicable project are designed to the virtual printing press learning system, the virtual printing press learning system is established successfully with a basic supporting database, the printing press trouble learning modules and a uniform friendly operating interface.
