摘　　要：通过访谈和文献研究,分析了目前在难美项群中影响裁判员评分公平性的主要因素,并针对这些主要问题提出对策,以提高裁判员的业务水平和职业道德素质,使得裁判员评分更加客观地反映出运动员的真实水平,促进竞技体育健康发展。By the interviewing and the document studying, the paper analysed the major factors which affect referees＇ grading in difficult beautiful item groups, at present and for these problems the author put forward a countermeasure in order to improve referees professional competence and the level of professional ethics. The referees＇ grades can reflect the true level of athletes especially objectively and promote the development of competitive sports.
