中药四性现代研究分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对现有中药四性现代研究的深入了解和系统分析,提出新的研究思路和方法。方法:查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普医药信息资源系统全文数据库(VIP)相关文献,系统了解现有四性研究成果,针对药性研究的目标和要求,开展全面深入分析和论述。结果:四性与机体多系统、多器官、多层次作用有关,寒性以抑制为主,热性以兴奋为主。绝大多数疾病均可出现寒热证候,阐述机体寒热证候的现代医学本质则是要将数百种疾病归纳为二种(类)病理生理机制;阐述四性的现代医学本质则是要将数百种不同来源、不同类型、不同加工方法和不同化学组成的中药归纳为二种(类)作用及相应机制。在四性层面分别研究四性的现代科学本质,要取得具有重要指导意义或应用价值的突破的可能性较小。结论:四性研究应建立在对现代医药学和中医经典均充分了解的基础上,揭示机体寒热的现代科学本质才有意义和可能。面对现实、明确目标、把准方向、选准突破口,选择合适的现代科学方法、内容和指标,分步进行。通过与味、归经等药性理论的其他内容结合研究,进一步阐述四性本质,将可能在短时间内取得有重要指导意义的药性研究新成果。Authors put forward some new ideas and methods for studying the four TCM natures, based on a systematic analysis of previous findings on the four TCM natures, in CNKI, CBM and Cqvip Database, in an attempt to understand the achievements made in the area. Further comprehensive analysis and discussions were also made, based on the objectives and requirements of TCM herb property studies. Authors believe that the four TCM natures are associated with the body effects. They are multi-system, multi-organ, and multi-level in nature. For example, cold property mainly has an inhibitory effect, while hot property always has an excitatory effect. Most diseases could show either cold or hot syndromes. Study of the medical essence of the cold and hot syndromes in the modern time has categorized hundreds of diseases into two groups of pathophysiological mechanisms. As a result, study of the medical essence of four TCM natures in the modern time is supposed to sum up hundreds of Chinese medicine featured with different origins, types, processing methods, and chemical compositions in two groups of functions. There is a slim chance to make a meaningful and practical breakthrough, if people study the scientific essence of TCM herb properties only at the level of four natures. It is believed that the four natures should be studied based on a full understanding of the classical attributes and scopes of the TCM herb properties and the body＇s cold or hot property, in an effort to reveal the scientific essence of the body＇s cold or hot property. The study should be carried out step by step, facing reality, having a well defined target, sticking to a right direction, selecting the right breakthrough point, and choosing appropriate scientific methods, contents and indexes. Other studies concerning flavor and meridian tropism could be a help for further explaining the essence of four natures. The combined efforts will allow the study of Chinese herbal properties to produce meaningful findings in a short period of time.
