摘　　要：结合本院实际情况,论述了医院内涵发展的必要性、重要性和紧迫性,介绍了该院探索内涵发展途径的做法:突出重点,把握内涵发展的关键环节;强化管理,实现规模效益型向质量效益型的转变;深化改革,主动适应内涵发展的新要求。指出:要正确处理与内涵发展相关因素的关系,积极消除对内涵发展的负面影响。On professional construction of hospital services, a number of principal aspects are explored, including: development projects' selection in the order of priority, based on the overall interest at the present and future periods; unified planning with due consideration for all concerned, so as to ensure sustained, stable, and coordinated development of health services;promtion of the reform,the opening up and the modernization drive,to constantly improve effectiveness, efficiency, and benefits in depth and breadth; methodological approach to vertically and laterally integrated mutual study, aid, cooperation, and infiltration; and creative research of how to take appropriate and flexible measures to resolve possible problems arising in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and total quality management (TQM) effort processes.
