摘  要:目的:观测烟草浸提液(smokeless tobacco extract,ST)对人牙龈成纤维细胞(human gingival fibroblats,HGFs)在钛板上粘附的数量、形态、超微结构及增殖的影响。方法:不同浓度的ST作用于钛板上粘附的HGFs,扫描电镜观测细胞形态的变化,MTT法分别于2 h和第1、4、7、10天测定细胞粘附和增殖情况。结果:随着ST浓度的增加,细胞铺展面积逐渐变小,由纺锤形逐渐变成长条形、卵圆形;超微结构显示:细胞表面长线状伪足减少;细胞的增殖能力呈浓度依赖性抑制。结论:ST可改变HGFs粘附的数量、形态和结构,抑制细胞的增殖,提示烟草在破坏牙种植体龈界面机制中起重要作用。Objective:To evaluate the effects of smokeless tobacco extract (ST) on number,morphology, ultrastraeture and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts(HGFs) on titanium in vitro. Methods: ttGFs on titanium were cultured in the presence of ST at various concentrations. The cell changes in the morphology and ultrastnacture were examined by scanning electrical microscope ( SEM ). The growth and attachment of the ceils were measured by MTI' method. Results:The size of the cells became smaller gradually and their shapes changed from spindle type to oval or round when the concentrations of ST increased. Ultrastrueture showed that pseudopod decreased in number, tire growth and attachment were dose-dependently inhibited. Conclusion:ST can cimnge number,morphology and uhrastructure of HGFs on titanium, they can inhibit the cells growth, suggesting ST may play a pathological role on implantgingiva interface.
