广东省边远(贫困)地区白内障手术复明现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨现阶段广东省贫困地区开展白内障手术复明之策略。方法:调查26个边远(贫困)县市白内障患者行手术治疗之途径;采取由省残联牵头负责组织、省级大医院提供技术支持、以流动眼科手术车下基层巡回手术之形式,免费或低收费(≤1000元)开展白内障手术复明。结果:发现目前边远(贫困)地区白内障患者行手术治疗主要有4条途径:(1)当地县、镇级医院手术;(2)到大中城市医院手术;(3)请大医院医生到当地县、镇级医院手术;(4)在流动眼科手术车上手术。经济贫困和卫生条件落后导致患者看不起病、看不好病是当前存在的两个突出问题。自2001-10以来,由广东省残联具体负责组织,我院提供技术支持,采用流动眼科手术车下基层巡回手术之形式,为10752名患者施行白内障摘除加人工晶状体植入术,复明率达99.7%。结论:我们认为,由残联部门组织,政府财政拨款或动员社会资助,大医院提供技术支持,采用流动眼科手术车下基层巡回手术之形式是现阶段贫困地区开展白内障复明手术最可行措施之一。广大贫困地区白内障患者在少花钱甚至不花钱的情况下,就能就近享受到现代一流设备、一流技术的规范治疗。AIM： To discuss the strategy of developing cataract fuming operation at poor areas in Guangdong Province at present. METHODS： We investigated the opeartion ways of cataract at 26 counties or cities. GDDPF was as a leader to organize this action, provincal big hospital provided technical support, the moving ophthalmology operation car itinerated at basic hospital, the charge was free or ≤1 000 yuan. RESULTS： There were four ways of treating cataract at outlying or poor areas： （1） making operation in the hospitals at county or town; （2） receiving operation in the hospitals at big or medium city; （3） inviting doctors from big hospitals to carry out operation at county or town hospitals; （4） operating on the moving ophthalmology operation car. At present, economic poverty and health condition backward were two outshanding problems for patients who could not offer the charges or recovery. Since October 2001, we had performed cataract extraction combining intraocular lens implantation on 10 752 patients with the fuming ratio of 99.7%. CONCLUSION： We believed this way of performing operation is one of the most feasible measures for developing cataract fuming operation at poor areas at present. For those cataract patients living at poor areas, they can receive the treamemt of modern first-class equipments and first-class technology with paying little money or no money.
