摘　　要：目的分析一侧全肺切除术后应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)改善患者心功能不全的效果。方法回顾性总结30例一侧全肺切除术患者临床资料,将应用ACEI的一组和未应用ACEI的一组在术后6、9、12、18个月FEVI.0、MVV%、NYH A分级、LVEF、LVEDD等方面作比较。结果应用ACEI的一组患者在改善心功能不全方面明显获益。结论ACEI在防止和逆转一侧全肺切除术后心肌病理重塑、改善心脏功能方面有明确的效果。Objective To analyze the effect of side of pneumonectomy after application of angiotensin-eonverting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） to improve heart failuer. Methods A retrospective summed up the whole side of the 30 cases of lung resection patient clinical data to the application of ACEI and a group of nonapplication of ACEI in group of 6, 9, 12, 18 months after FEV1.0, MVV%, NYH A grade, LVEF, LVEDD, and so on for comparison. Results ACEI a group of patients with heart failure in improving the area from the obvious benefit. Conclusion ACEI in the prevention and reversal of the side of pneumonectomy after pathological cardiac remodeling and improve cardiac function, there is a clear result.
