摘 要:合成了一种丙烯酸酯聚合物,并将其作为固相微萃取涂层,使用自制的SPME装置和气质联用仪对水样中5种农药残留量进行分析,该装置制作简单、价格低廉。对影响分析灵敏度的各种实验因素进行了优化,在优化条件下分析5种农药标准样品质量浓度在1~1000μg/L内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.995~0.999),检出限为0.391~1.170ng/L。将自制涂层与商品涂层(PA)进行了比较,自制涂层对5种农药具有优良的吸附特性,较低的检出限。An acrylate-based polymer was prepared and applied as a new fiber coating for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for five pesticide residues from water samples. The efficiency of new coating was investigated by using a laboratory-made SPME device and gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (GC/MS). The device was inexpensive and prepared simply. The optimum conditions for obtaining extraction efficiency, such as adsorption time and temperature, the desorption parameters, ionic strength and the pH values were investigated. The correlation coefficients (r) for the lin- ear dynamic range from 1 to 1000μg/L exceeded 0.99. The detection limits obtained were between 0. 391 and 1. 170 ng/L. In comparison with commercial coating (PA), the results showed that the complex coating had superior sorption capacity and the minimum detection limit lower than commercial coating (PA) with 2.96 ng/L for five pesticides in water samples.
