摘　　要：以五氟丙酸酐为衍生化试剂,氘代2-氨基萘和氘代邻甲苯胺为双内标,采用DB-35MS石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mmi.d×0.25μmd.f)和选择离子模式,建立了卷烟烟气总粒相物中芳香胺的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。该方法检出限在0.03～2.13ng/cig.之间,加标平均回收率在92.6%～110.4%之间,相对标准偏差在0.18%～6.4%之间。已用该方法测定了某品牌卷烟烟气总粒相物中14种芳香胺。A method for determining aromatic amines in cigarette smoke condensates by GC/MS was established with a DB-35MS capillary column （30 m ×0.25 mm i. d × 0.25μm d. f） and selective ion mode, using pentafluoropmpionic anhydride （PFPA） as a derivative reagent and [^2H9 ] o-toluidine and [^2H7 ] 2-aminonaphthalene as two internal standards. The detection limits ranged from 0.03 ng/cig, to 2.13 ng/cig., the average recoveries of fourteen aromatic amines were from 92.6% to 110.4% and the RSDs of this method were from 0.18% to 6.4%. The contents of fourteen aromatic amines in some cigarette smoke condensates were determined by this method.
