摘  要:以"早苦瓜"为试材,采用嗑种和不嗑种两种方式,研究干热处理(60℃,1.5h)后不同浸种时间对苦瓜种子发芽的影响。结果表明,两种方式下,随浸种时间的延长,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均随之增加,浸种16h时达到最大值,而后随浸种时间延长而下降。从4项指标的综合影响来看,苦瓜浸种16h对发芽的效果最好。对于具有休眠特性的苦瓜种子在浸种前需进行干热处理,而后可直接浸种16h,采用嗑种方式则发芽效果更好。Taking "early balsam pear" as material and adopting the ways of cracking seed and uncracking seed, this paper studied the effects of different soaking time on seed germination in balsam pear after dry heat treatment (60℃, 1.5 h). The results showed that germination force, germination percentage, germination index and energy index increased at first, reached the highest apex value at 16 h, and then dropped along with the prolonging of soaking time. The effect of germination was the best under treatment of soaking for 16 h. Balsam pear seed with character of dormancy should adopt dry heat treatment, then was soaked for 16 h. The effect of germination adopting the way of cracking seed was better than that of uncracking seed.
