摘  要:目的:为探讨TNF诱导白血病细胞程序性死亡的发生机制。方法:应用体外细胞毒性试验,电镜及流式细胞仪进行检测和观察。结果:TNF可诱导白血病细胞程序性死亡和杀伤白血病细胞,随着其浓度增加,凋亡细胞数也增加。结论:TNF介导白血病细胞程序性死亡在白血病患者的治疗中有重要价值。Purpose: To investigate the mechanism by which rhTNF induces programmed cell death. Methods: MTT was performed for cytotoxic activity of TNF against leukemic cell in vitro. Electronmicroscopy and flow cytometry were performed for TNF-induced apoptosis. Results: It was found that TNF could induce programmed cell death of K562 cell and kill K562 cell. With increasing concentration of rhTNF, the number of apoptotic cells increased. Conclusions: These results suggest that apoptosis induced by TNF plays an important role in the therapy of leukemia
