老年性白内障合并翳状胬肉患者术后视力影响分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨老年性白内障合并翳状胬肉患者翳状胬肉手术时机。【方法】对25只眼进行翳状胬肉手术前、术后视力，角膜地形图检查，根据SRK-Ⅱ公式计算人工晶体度数。【结果】25眼中21眼视力提高；术后角膜平均最平径屈光度（Kf）明显变大，平均最陡径屈光度（Ks）未见明显变化，平均散光度明显减小；术前、术后计算得的人工晶体度数有差异。【结论】对于老年性白内障合并翳状胬肉患者，在翳状胬肉已影响角膜曲率的情况下，应该在白内障术前先行翳状胬肉手术。[Objective] To explore the operative juncture of cataract patients complicated with pterygium. [Methods] Twenty five eyes were studied retrospectively. Visual acuity, corneal topography, IOL degree pre- and postpterygium surgery were evaluated. [Results]Visual acuity of 21 eyes of all 25 eyes increased after surgery. The mean Kf increased significantly, and the mean Ks had no obvious change, and the mean astigmatism decreased significantly after surgery. There was difference in dimensionality of artificial lens between before and after operation. [Conclusion]When pterygium affects corneal curvature, pterygium surgery should be carried out for senile cataract patients complicated with pterygium before cataract surgery.
