摘　　要：阴阳五行数学的理论体系由基于阴阳五行学说的3个公理和根据这3个公理严格推导出来的数十个定理构成。这3个公理是中医意义上的人体生命活动数学模型。由其中一些定理所推出的阴阳五行生理公式揭示出人体生理活动的普遍规律。由之可以由"既病"推断"未病",并按照"人体的阴阳平衡取决于各个脏器的阴阳平衡"的原理及中药的归经原理和对阴阳的补泻作用推导出处方。更进一步可以开发中医应用软件,实现人–机结合的辨证论治现代化,从而使中医走向世界。Mathematical theoretical system of yin-yang and five phases is composed of three axioms based on theories of yin-yang and five phases and several ten theorems deriving from these axioms. The three axioms is mathematical model of vital movement of human body in a sense of traditional Chinese medicine. Physiological formulas of yin-yang and five phases deriving from some theorems reveal the universal laws of physiological activities of human body. On the basis of these formulas, we can deduce disease before onset from with, and deduce the prescription on the bases of the principle of the yin-yang equilibrium of human body followed by the yin-yang equilibrium of five internal organs and six hollow organs, theory of channel tropism of traditional Chinese medicines and its impact with regard to yin-yang. Furthermore, we can develop application software of traditional Chinese medical science and realize modernization of determination of treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs, thereby traditional Chinese medical science go to the world.
