海南富硒地区水稻富硒品种的筛选

摘　　要：硒是环境中重要的生命元素，对人和动物的健康有重大的影响。在海南儋州地区，针对不同的水稻（Oryza sativa）品种进行了田间试验调查。结果表明，不同的水稻品种糙米中硒含量变幅为0．100-1．256mg·kg^-1，平均含量为O．378mg·kg^-1，高于全国的平均水平（0．025±0．011）mg·kg^-1不同水稻品种成熟期糙米、谷壳、茎秆的硒含量大小顺序为谷壳〉糙米〉茎秆；不同基因型水稻品种成熟期糙米、谷壳、茎秆硒含量差异很大，不同品种具有不同的富硒能力；经过数据分析后得到了3个天然含硒量较高的品种。Selenium is an important life element in the environment, and it has significant influences on hmnan being and animals as well as plants. In this study we planted varieties of rice in Danzhou Hainan regions that are rich in selenium. The results showed that unpolished rice of different varieties of rice Se contents the amplitude of changes were 0.100 - 1.256 mg· kg^-1, The average Se contents in unpolished rice of those fourteen rice varieties in their matured time was 0.378 mg·kg^-1, higher than the level in the national （0.025± 0.0ll） mg· kg^-1. The result presented that the Se contents in unpohshed rice, shoots, chafft of rice of all the 14 varieties were ranked as follows： chafft 〉 unpolished rice 〉 stem; Se contents in unpolished rice, shoots, chafft of rice of varieties types have significant difference, and so did ability of accumulation in Se, and at last we obtained three natural varieties related in this experiment with comparative contents in Se by data analysis.
