甲状腺癌p16蛋白表达及其与病理组织学类型和预后的关系

摘　　要：应用免疫组化技术检测５３例甲状腺癌标本中肿瘤抑制基因ｐ１６蛋白的表达。结果显示：甲状腺癌中ｐ１６蛋白表达阳性率为８３０％（４４／５３）；不同组织学类型表达有一定差异；癌周甲状腺组织表达阳性强于癌组织，揭示ｐ１６蛋白表达减少在甲状腺癌发生过程中有一定作用；Immunohistochemical technique was taken to investigate the expression of p16 protein in 53 cases of thyroid carcinomas. The positive rate of p16 protein in thyroid carcinomas was 83.0%(44/53).The expression was different in different of thyroid carcinomas.The expression level of p16 protein was sigrnificantly lower in carcinoma tissues when it wascompared to that in their normal counterparts(p<0.05).This result suggested that the decrease of p16 protein was involved in the carcinogenesis of thyroid carcinomas.The analysis of follow-up data showed that the expression of p16 protein was not closely.related to the prognosis of thyroid carcinomas.
