摘　　要：介绍了一种利用数字射频存储器(DRFM)和可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),实现模拟雷达接收机回波信号的方法,并将该方法应用于实际电路中。研制成功的雷达目标回波仿真器,能有效模拟雷达接收系统的中频和视频信号,大幅提高了对雷达接收系统的检测和维修能力。该设计结构简单、功能实用,实现了对雷达接收系统中频信号的模拟,提高了雷达接收系统的故障定位能力。This paper introduces a method simulating the echo signals of a radar receiver by the use of the Digital Radio Frequency Memory （DRFM） and Complex Programmable Logic Device（PLD）. With the realization of the actual circuit, the echo simulator can produce intermediate frequency signals and video signals. Therefore, with the help of the echo simulator, the ability to detect and maintain the radar receiver system is raised considerably. The simulator is simple and practical. It can simulate intermediate frequency signals of the radar receiver system and therefore increases the ability of the radar receiver system to locate failures.
