摘 要:实施供应链管理是解决我国猪肉质量安全问题的有效途径,它强调合作伙伴间竞合共嬴的效果。优质猪肉供应链中养猪场、屠宰加工企业和超市之间竞合关系的演进是一个耗散结构的形成过程。随着正熵的减少和负熵的增加,竞合关系将由低级向高级不断演进,最终达到有效竞合状态。为此,必须改善合作伙伴结构,强化监管、协同商务,准确定位、加大扶持,创新管理体制、优化市场环境。Actualizing supply chain management is an effective way to improve pork quality in China at present time, and supply chain management emphasizes a win-win effect resulting from competition and cooperation between partners. The competition and cooperation among partners in high quality pork supply chain is a dissipative structure. With the reducing of positive entropy flow and the increasing of negative entropy flow, the coopetition relationship will evolve continuously from low grade to high grade, and reach the goal of effective coopetition finally. In order to do so , they are essential improving partners structure, strengthening supervision and management, cooperating business affairs, confirming orientation, innovating management system, and optimizing market environment.
