辽宁沿海经济带与内陆腹地互动发展的实证研究

摘　　要：基于城市流强度模型和经济联系强度模型,对辽宁沿海经济带与内陆腹地的互动发展状况进行了分析,认为当前辽宁沿海经济带与内陆腹地的互动发展尚处于初级阶段,并且呈现出区域不均衡状态。因此,要加大政策倾斜和投资力度,充分发挥沿海经济带内引外联的作用,完善区域城市等级规模体系;在选择能带动当地经济发展的主导产业的基础上,建立围绕主导产业的行业间工会与协会;深化政府管理体制改革,加强软环境建设,推动辽宁沿海经济带与内陆腹地互动发展的顺畅进行。An analysis is made to the interactive development between the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province PRC and its hinterland, based on the model of flow intensity between cities and that of economic connection level, where the economic belt is composed of 5 coastal industrial development zones distributed along the provincial coastline from the east end to the west end, and they are connected together via an 1 443 kin-long coastal highway. The interactive development mentioned above is now just in initiation with regional imbalance. The measures to be taken include to weight our policies towards the interactive development and investment in it, playing fully the role of coastal economic belt in introducing foreign investments into hinterland and exporting commodities from hinterland and perfecting the infrastructure construction in regional cities. It is necessary to establish the labor unions and guilds for the leading industries which should be selected and will bring the development to the local economy. In addition, the governments at different levels shall deepen their reform of administrative institution and strengthen the construction of software environment so as to get the interactive development smoothened.
