摘  要:根据浮环减薄前后两次试验结果的对比分析,进一步研究了浮环厚度变化对浮环轴承涡动及稳定性的影响。浮环轴承减薄会引起油膜涡动力的变化。升速过程,减薄前浮环轴承试验的稳定性要好些;高速稳态运行过程,其稳定性差别不大;降速过程,减薄前浮环轴承试验的稳定性要差些。两试验还证实,浮环内、外油膜半速涡动现象的涡动比分别接近0.5和0.3。Based on two experiments on floating ring bearing before and after floating ring thickness reduction, the effect of thickness variation of floating ring on whirl and stability was studied. The variance of floating ring transformation thickness caused changes in the force of oil whirl. In the process of speed up, the stability of the thick floating bearing was better than the thin one; in the process of high speed steady-state, the stability was similar. In the process of deceleration, the stability of the thick floating bearing is worse than the thin one. The experiments showed that the whirl ratios of outer and inner oil film in floating ring bearings approached respectively 0.5 and 0.3 in squeezing vibration.
