摘 要:实验选取一种性能较好的二元系锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷配方,通过测试PZT陶瓷样品在强场下的介电性能表明,随着外加电场强度的增大,样品介温曲线的斜率变小;材料的介电损耗随着外加电场的增大而增大,当外加电场从0升至400 V/mm时,介电损耗从0.16%增至0.38%,损耗仍在较小范围内,可见本材料较适合作为大功率压电材料在强场下应用。对其强场效应及损耗机理进行了初步探讨。A kind of binary system piezoelectric ceramic with good properties was selected to measure its dielec- tric proprties of the PZT samples at high electrical field. The experimental results showed that with the increace of electrical field, the slope of dielectric constant-temperature curve became smaller, implying that the temperature sta- bility of dielectric constant became better. The dielectric loss increaseed when the electrical field increased, and it changed from 0.16~ to 0.38% as the electrical field changed from 0 to 400 V/mm. Although dielectric loss became bigger, it was still a small value. So the material discussed in this paper was suitable for the application of high- power piezoelectric ceramics at high electrical field. The high electrical field effect and dielectric loss mechanics were preliminarily discussed in this paper.
