摘　　要：教育资源利用效率是民办教育研究的重要课题。北京民办非学历高等教育机构资源利用情况与民办普通高校情况是有差别的,在物力、人力、财力资源利用效率上有其自身的特点。民办高校为保证教育资源的供给,促进民办教育事业的持续健康发展,一方面要拓宽经费筹措渠道,寻求更多可利用资源;另一方面要有效、合理地使用现有教育资源,提高资源利用效率。The utilization of educational resources is an important subject studied by civilian -run education. The utilization condition of the resources of Beijing private non - schooling record higher education institution is different from that of the private regular higher education. The former has its own features with respect to the utilization of man power, material power and finance power. In order to guarantee the supply of the educational resources and promote the continuant development of their cause, the private - run colleges and universities on the one hand must enlarge the income of their fund, on the other hand must effectively and reasonably use the present educational resources so as to enhance the utilization of the resources.
