摘  要:目的考察中性蛋白复合酶法提取大枣多糖的工艺,并验证大枣多糖的部分药理作用。方法对不同提取方法作对比;以多糖的得率和纯度为指标,对效果较佳的中性蛋白复合酶提法安排正交实验,筛选提取工艺;最后进行动物实验。结果确定中性蛋白复合酶法提取的最佳工艺为:酶液浓度0.15%,pH 7.5,提取温度37℃;大枣多糖的药理实验表明大枣多糖属无毒级,大枣多糖大、中、小剂量对S180小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率均有不同程度的提高作用。结论中性蛋白复合酶法提取大枣多糖工艺有效可行。Objective To study the extraction technology for polysaccharide by compound neutral protease from Ziziphus jujuba, and to test the pharmacological function of the polysaccharide. Methods Different methods of polysaccharide extraction were compared . As for the best method , the compound neutral protease extraction , the orthogonal experiments were established to hunt its technology. Finally, the pharmacological experiments were carried out. Results The optimum conditions were to add 0.15% neutral protease on the pH of 7.5 with 37℃. The ultimate pharmacologic experiments about Zizyphus jujuba polysaccharide showed that it had no toxicity and it could elevate the macrophage phagocytosis of S180 tumor mice. Conclusion The way of the compound neutral protease extraction is effective and reasonable .
