摘  要:目的对海南裂叶山龙眼叶超临界提取物进行分析,为进一步开发利用该资源提供依据。方法采用CO2超临界流体萃取海南裂叶山龙眼叶的脂溶性部位,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法鉴定化学成分,归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果从海南裂叶山龙眼叶超临界提取物中共分离出55个组分,鉴定了其中20个化合物,占萃取物总量的89.78%,其中含量高于5%的有7个,主要为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(15.42%);百秋里醇(13.86%);二十九碳烷(11.37%);1-脱氢睾酮(7.83%);3,5-二烯豆甾烷(6.79%);3-甲基二环[4.1.0]庚烷(5.18%);(1..α,2.β.,5..α)-2,6,6-三甲基二环[3.1.1]庚烷(5.09%)。结论海南裂叶山龙眼叶的提取物中含有萜类、酯类、烷烃、激素、甾类、维生素、生物碱等各类化学成分,为海南裂叶山龙眼的开发奠定了研究基础。Objective To analyze the constituents extracted from the leaves of Heliciopsis lobata by supercritical fluid CO2 ( SFE - CO2 ) . Methods The constituents were extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction method, then separated and identified by GC - MS. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results 20 among the 55 separated constit- uents were identified , which constituted 89.78% of the total amount , the contents of 7 compounds were over 5% . The main constituents in extracts were Bis( 2 - ethylhexyl) phthalate ( 15.42% ), Patchouli alcohol ( 13.86% ), Nonacosane ( 11.37% ), 1 - Dehydrotestosterone (7.83%), Stigmastan -3,5 - dien (6.79%), Bicyclo[4.1.0] heptane, 3 - methyl - (5.18%), Bi- cyclo[ 3.1.1 ] heptane, 2,6,6 - trimethyl - , ( 1. alpha. ,2. beta. ,5. alpha. ) - (5.09%). Conclusion There are terpenoid, ester, hydrocarbon, hormone, steroid, vitamin and alkaloid in the constituents extracted from the leaves of Heliciopsis lobata . The study established a good method for further study and development of Heliciopsis lobata.
