摘  要:目的分析白花丹参和紫花丹参在蛋白水平的遗传差异。方法利用叶片过氧化物酶和种子贮藏蛋白两种生化标记对白花丹参和紫花丹参进行了分析。结果同工酶分析表明,两种丹参间过氧化物酶同工酶谱存在差异;贮藏蛋白分析表明,丹参种子蛋白主要是以盐溶性蛋白为主,水溶蛋白和醇溶蛋白较少,碱溶性蛋白更少;两种丹参种子贮藏蛋白谱带之间的差异性不明显。结论二者在蛋白水平存在一定差异。Objective To analyze white flower Danshen and violet flower Danshen in their 2 biochemical markers ( perodiase and storage protein). Methods Two biochemical makers of perodiase and storage protein were analyzed. Result There was difference in peroxidase PAGE - banding pateerns. Seed proteins of white flower Danshen and violet flower danshen were respectively extracted using distilled H20,2.5% NaCl, 0.2% NaOH and 75% alcohol. Based on aerylamide gel electrophoresis, most of storage proteins were salt - soluble, water - soluble and aclohol - soluble proteins was less. There was a little alkali - soluble protein. Conclusion There is difference in storge protein between white flower Danshen and violet flower Danshen .
