摘　　要：通过数学计算得到空档对墨层厚度的影响,通过分析墨层厚度与印刷品的质量的关系,进而得到空档对印刷品的影响:即使得叼口部位的高光和中间调部分网点扩大;使印刷品的反差减小,印刷质量降低。最后给出了解决这一问题的途径。The influence of cylinder gap on ink film thickness analyzed with mathematical calculation. The relationship between ink film thickness and printing quality was analyzed and the influence of cylinder gap on printing quality was determined. It was concluded that cylinder gap will cause dot gain in high gloss and medium tone area, cause the contrast of printed work and printing quality to decrease. Methods to solve the problem were put forward.
