摘　　要：应用溶剂吸收机制和油墨与凹版及橡皮布之间的黏着力比率,对油墨转移过程进行理论分析,得出橡皮布、滚筒半径、油墨性质及工艺参数对印刷质量的影响机理;并通过比较得出线条高度是较为适宜的参数,以期更好地控制、检查凹版胶印的印品质量。Ink transfer process was analyzed theoretically with solvent absorption mechanism and bond ing force ratio between gravure plate and rubber sheeting. The influencing mechanisms of rubber sheeting, roller radius, ink properties, and printing parameters on print quality were obtained. It was that line height was the feasible parameter to detect and control print quality.
