摘  要:根据某种型号铣床工作台的工作要求,确定了铣床工作台纵向进给单元的总体方案,设计了3个关键的机械传动部件:膜片弹性联轴器、滚珠丝杠副、伺服电机,进而确定了装配箱体的尺寸和技术要求,并用So lidW orks软件绘制了铣床工作台纵向进给机构装配立体图,为进一步对铣床工作台进行优化设计奠定了基础。According to the working condition of a certain type milling machine worktable,the total scheme of portrait servo feeding cell of milling machine worktable is determined. Three key mechanical transmission parts have been designed ,which are membrane shaft coupling, ball-screw pairs and servo motors. Then assembly box's dimensions and technical specifications are determined. Finally, the three-dimensional assembly drawing of portrait servo feeding cell of milling machine worktable is plotted on SolidWorks software,which has laid a certain foundation for deepening the study on the optimization design of milling machine worktable.
