摘　　要：渐开线凸轮是靠模式齿轮磨床生成渐开线齿形的重要附件,其精度直接决定着被磨齿轮的齿形精度。根据靠模式齿轮磨床的工作原理,建立了渐开线凸轮误差对被磨齿轮齿形精度影响的数学模型;提出了相应的解决措施,为精调机床提供部分理论基础。Involute cam is an important attachment which produce involute profile in the copying gear grinder; the accuracy of which directly decide the profile accuracy of gear which is grinded. The mathematical model of the influence about involve cam error to profile precision is established by means of the operation principle of the copying gear grinder; the relevant solution is proposed, which provide some theoretical foundation for accurate adjusting machine tool.
