高眼压下白内障超声乳化手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高眼压下白内障超声乳化手术的可行性。方法对78例78眼白内障合并青光眼患者,在高眼压下行白内障超声乳化手术,术后随访3月～2年,观察术后视力恢复及并发症情况。结果术后视力改善明显,矫正视力≤0.05者8眼(10.26%),0.06～0.2者19眼(24.36%),0.3～0.6者36眼(46.15%),0.8～1.0者15眼(19.23%)。术后1周眼压控制正常。结论在高眼压下行白内障超声乳化手术是安全有效的。Objective To investigate the feasibility of phacoemulsification in cataract patients with ocular hypertension. Methods The phacoemulsification cataract operations were performed in 78 cases （78 eyes） of cataract combined with glaucoma under higher intraocular pressure （HIP）. The postoperative follow up was 3 months to 2 years, and the vision and complications were observed. Results The visual acuity of all cases was improved, the corrected visual in 8 eyes （ 10.26% ） was under 0.05, 19 eyes（24.36% ） between 0.06 and 0.2, 36 eyes （46.15%） between 0.3 and 0.6, and 15 eyes（19.23% ） above 0.8, the postoperative intraocular pressure recovered normal in all eyes after one week. Conclusion The phaeoemulsification under ocular hypertension is safe and efficient for patients with cataract.
