广州市地区大学生微笑型抑郁症的调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析广州市大学生关于微笑型抑郁症产生的原因及其表现,并提出防治措施,为进行学生健康教育提供参考。方法采取随机抽样的方法对广州市四所高等院校的大学生进行问卷调查。结果有53.40%的同学认为学习压力会使他们产生抑郁的心理,其中有12.78%认为在学习上的无助感已经影响到他们的正常生活;大一和大二的学生中因就业因素而感到焦虑和抑郁的同学达到9.46%;有38.97%的学生认为失恋会让他们在较长的时间内感到抑郁,其中有24.68%会选择自杀;3.89%存在着强烈的嫉妒心理;15.57%的人对事物十分敏感多疑;有40.89%的大学生缺乏应有的社会支持。结论微笑型抑郁症在大学生群体中的比例已相当高的,给高校的教育和管理工作带来的问题日趋严重,必须引起领导的高度重视。必须加强对大学生进行心理健康和情感健康的教育,让大学生能够更加健康、全面地发展。Objective To Investigate and analyze the smiling depression and its symptoms of college students in Guangzhou city and provide reference for student health education. Methods The random sampling investigation and questionnaires was used to survey the students from four universities in Guangzhou. Results 53.40% of the students in the survey thought that learn stress made them depressed. 12.78% of the students believed that their daily life had been affected by the feel of helplessness coming from studies. 9.46% of the freshmen and sophomores felt anxious and depressed because of the problem of employment ; while 38.97% of the students thought that a disappointed love might leave them in depression for quite a long time. 24.68% of the above mentioned students claimed that they＇ 11 probably choose committing suicide to end their depression ;3.89% of them had burning jealousy; 15.57% of them was oversensitive toward the outside world;and 40.89% of them lacked necessary social support. Conclusion The incidence of smiling depression in college students is high enough to bring many problems to both the education and the management, more attentions should be paid by the leaders on its prevention and cure. The education of psychological and emotional health should be strengthened to improve the growth and development of students.
